The Arabic version of these documents is the primary and legally prevailing version under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If this English translation and the Arabic text differ, the Arabic text prevails.
Yora Ads Est. (Yora Ads) protects your personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations.
1. What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us through the contact form or in a WhatsApp chat:
- Your name.
- Your email address and/or mobile number.
- Your business name (optional).
- The service you're interested in and the details of your request.
WhatsApp chats pass through a service run by Meta, so its own privacy policy applies to them as well.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To contact you about the services you asked for.
- To issue invoices and keep the records the law requires.
We don't use your data for marketing you didn't ask for, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.
3. What we don't collect
- We don't ask for national ID or iqama numbers on this website.
- We don't collect card or bank details on this website — no payment happens through it.
- The website uses no analytics, tracking tools or advertising cookies on its visitors.
4. Cookies and fonts
The public website sets no cookies on a visitor's device. Secure cookies (HttpOnly · Secure · SameSite) are used only inside the Establishment's own dashboard. The website's fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your device's IP address reaches Google when you browse.
5. Clients' ad account data
To deliver our services we may access your ad accounts and campaign performance data. We treat it as confidential, use it only to provide the agreed service, and our access ends when the service does.
6. Security and retention
- Data travels over an encrypted connection (TLS); dashboard passwords are stored hashed with Argon2id, with protection against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
- We keep your enquiry for as long as we are in contact or working together, and delete it on request — except invoices and contract records, which we keep for as long as the law requires.
- We use service providers to run our email and messaging (such as Google for email and WhatsApp for chats), whose servers may be outside the Kingdom. We share with them only what the service needs.
- Beyond them, we disclose data only where the law requires it, such as an official request from a competent authority.
7. Your rights
- To be informed of why your data is collected.
- To access your data and receive a copy.
- To correct anything inaccurate.
- To have it destroyed once it is no longer needed.
